• Works professionally at a major university medical center in Dallas, TX  initially as a Stem Cell Registered Nurse, and currently a part of the elite Special Pathogens Unit created out of the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2020. 
•  Clinical ladder Chair for Nursing Excellence and Professional development, and as a Nurse Preceptor 
• Gold Customer Service Award recipient several times
• Adjunct faculty at the TSU Preceptor Conference, and helped write the initial successful application for the Magnet Document seal of approval.
•  Nurse Administrator for 3 major health care systems in the Dallas, TX area.
•  CEO/Owner of House Calls Health Services, Inc. in Dallas, Texas 
• Co-owned and operated a tax, and auto business in Dallas, TX.
• Established 411MAG Ministries in 1998 to address community and human needs on a broader scope .  Serves as Executive Director and volunteer chaplain. 
• Sat on numerous health care boards, community and church boards

•  CDL HELP INFO. COM                       Tutoring services has provided job retraining tutoring services for men and women in the transportation industry, changing lives by providing job readiness for a burgeoning industry in addressing the current supply chain deficits. 
• The American Black Cross Disaster Relief Assistance www.theamericanblackcross.org.   Most recently during disastrous Texas Snow Storm Uri in February 2021, the American Black Cross was instrumental in working with City Officials in District 30 and surrounding Districts blankets, tents, coats, and warm clothing to South Dallas fray community, and immediately after the snow storm delivered thousands of much needed food boxes, milk and water across Dallas/Ft. Worth and surrounding communities affecting thousands of families.
